If any meeting should be changed, a public notice will be posted setting the new date and time.  Should a meeting be cancelled, a notice will be posted.  Council meetings are the 1st Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and 3rd Thursday at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Room, City Hall, 110 E. Locust Street, Harrisburg IL unless otherwise posted.
